£970.00Price
  • Number 2 of 5 original, hand-pulled screen prints we created.

    • Printed onto 352gsm, Mohawk Superfine Ultrawhite paper using only water-based inks.

    • In order to best replicate the real colours of the Williams FW14, we induvidually mixed and colour matched 15 of the 17 inks we used.

    • Each of our artworks is unique, featuring a background that juxtaposes the precision of the printed car with the natural, unpredictability of an inked background we pull freehand.

    • Supplied unframed

    • Due to its delicate surface, we recommend extra care when handling.

  • Packaging

To protect our original screen prints, we carefully roll them within sheets of acid-free tissue paper and use tough, durable cardboard tubes to package and post them.

    Receiving your print

Mohawk Superfine Ultrawhite paper is a high-quality archival stock which means it tends to hold its curl when unboxed.

While some people advocate ‘reverse rolling’ to flatten their screen prints, we would strongly advise against this as the paper fibres can be easily damaged, creased and dented.

We would always recommend employing the services of a professional framer to unroll, flatten and frame your screen print.

If on the other hand you want to flatten your own screen print, please follow the steps below:

    • Find a clear, clean space big enough to fit your screen print and where it can sit undisturbed for a few days while it flattens out.

    • Carefully unroll your screen print and place it face down onto your clean space. If the ends of the paper try to curl under, simply place a large, flat piece of cardboard on top to encourage your screen print to lay flat.

    • Depending on the humidity of the room, your screen print should begin to relax and flatten between 24 and 48hrs. Once flat, store your screen print flat.
